Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

3. Platform Usage and Content Responsibility

You may use anQen to build websites for personal, commercial, or organizational purposes.

You may select an available anQen subdomain or connect a custom domain.

You are solely responsible for the content you publish and must ensure it complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on third-party rights.

4. Intellectual Property

All platform assets—including themes, modules, and proprietary code—are the intellectual property of anQen.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these assets within the scope of your subscription.

Redistribution, resale, or reverse-engineering of platform components is strictly prohibited.

5. Service Availability and Modifications

anQen strives to maintain high service uptime and performance. However, uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.

We reserve the right to modify, enhance, or discontinue features at any time, with or without prior notice.

6. Account Suspension and Termination

anQen may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or misuse of the platform.

Users may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
